Butterflies and Moths

Since moving to Mozambique I have discovered the beauty of insects, and especially butterflies and moths. One of the joys of photographing these animals, apart from the challenge of stalking them and photographing them in nature, is that one can see details the are otherwise hidden. I hope you enjoy these images and that they will inspire you to start exploring the jungle in your garden and elsewhere. Comments and corrections of my amateurish identifications are very welcome.

Hi Pierre. I saw a Blue-Spotted Emperor in my garden in Chimoio Mozambique. Can't believe how fast they are.
