In Greek mythology, Rhodos/Rhodus (Ancient Greek: Ῥόδος) or Rhode (Ancient Greek: Ῥόδη), was the goddess and personification of the island of Rhodes and a wife of the sun god Helios. Rod is also the supreme God of the universe and of all its gods in Slavic Native Faith: in traditional iconography with one hand he heightens a wheel, symbol of the sun.
