Forest in the Lizardoia Integral Reserve, a 10-ha stand of near-virgin old-growth forest,
habitat of White-backed Woodpecker (Dendrocopos leucotos lilfordi), Black Woodpecker
(Dryocopus martius) and three other woodpecker species.
