This bear was spotted near Fountain Lake. Initially I thought it a Grizzly however Lillooet resident Ian Routley kindly advised: "Fred, this is a Cinnamon coloured Black Bear. He has been around this area for a few years. It would be very unusual to see a Grizzly Bear in the Fountain valley area. They are found along the Duffey corridor high up in the mountains. They can also be seen by the road up Mission mountain on the way to Seton Portage (and everywhere in the Goldbridge area)."
