The handle bars will be mustache-style, measuring 30" end-to-end. The bars themselves will be 1/2" diameter stainless steel rod. They will be in two pieces, threading into the steering head with a 1/2"-20 thread, locked on with brass retaining nuts. The grips will be made from some ironwood I have kicking around, with brass compression rings. The grips will be screwed on to the end of the bars using hangar bolts, with the machine thread end screwed into the end of the bar and the wood screw end screwed into the grip.
