The Peach-faced Lovebirds make excellent pets. I was given a pair as a gift years ago and they produced over a dozen offspring in a large indoor birdhouse I built for them. They are very affectionate in their behavior. I drove around town while they would perch on my shoulders when outside of the car . . . with their wings clipped, of course. I miss them.
