...at the ready...

This photo is dedicated to the memory of the two fallen Firefighters.
February 4th.2007...Winnipeg Mb.

...Fireman's Prayer...

When I am called to duty God

Wherever flames may rage

Give me strength to save some life whatever be its age

Let me embrace a little child

Before it is to late

Or save an older person from the horror of that fate

Enable me to be alert

And hear the weakend shout

And quickly and efficiently

Put the fire out

I want to fill my calling

To give the best in me

To guard my friend and neighbor

And protect their property

And if according to Your will

While on duty I must answer death's call

Bless with your protecting hand

My family one and all

Thanks for the great way to remember Captain Nichols and Captain Lessard.

Lets all take a moment to pray for the two fire fighters who still have a long battle of recovery in front of them.

Cheers,

A beautiful way to remember two hero's, lost too soon doing what they loved to do.

God Bless All Firefighters For Their Courage & Strength.

May God's hands wrap themselves around the families and friends of these two men at such a trying time.
