Jules the West Winnipeg female has returned and was confirmed as of March 17th...she has been seen at the "Diner" ( favourite Peregrine eating location ) in West Winnipeg and was seen with a partner as of March 19th. The partner is Smiley hatched in Grand Folks 2009 band # Black W over Green 63...W/63...perhaps this will change if Beau ( male from the last couple years) returns...much like "Day's of Our Lives" even in the bird world
