One of Texas' few remaining original suspension bridges, the Beveridge bridge is just outside of the city of San Saba, Texas, Spanning the San Saba River. Built in 1891, by the Flynn-Moyer Company of Weathersford, Texas, it was one of the last bridges of it type in service, Wit a new bridge built up river, this one is being historically restored to it original condition and will be used as a pedestrian bridge.
