Atelier Parisien d'Urbanisme APUR (Urban research)
The construction is part of the large scale reshaping of the
municipal area, in which a large number of new residential buildings
were developed. With it's architectural elements, it lies like
a net over the older structures.
New buildings supplement the standing assets and make the park
usable in manifold ways.
