Luckily this is the largest bird in North America, otherwise I don't think my camera could have captured it.

Those are number tags on the middle edge of the wing, another picture shows the number 22 but I like this picture better.

In the previous picture the condors are perched on the whitish rock, but more dramatic flying, there were at least nine of them flying over El Tovar Hotel.
