Thanks for the comments. Thanks Lou for adding some interesting facts, if only we had known! As it was we were hiking the ridge line the next day with winds at 60 to 100 kph and it felt like we were flying even without the mushrooms.
Don't eat that one. Amanita muscaria is probabely the most beautiful mushroom existing and it would be nice to retake a piture once they are full open. The poisonous part is the red colour of the skin of it's body only. Swallow a piece of the size of a cigarette filter tip and the "muscarin" will make you "fly" around for an hour or two on a nice trip.
