This is from the trail to the Monument Geyser Basin. From here you see the Gibbons River snake its way threw the meadows, that reminded me of Rocky Mtn. NP in Colorado. You can also see wher people parked to hike to the Artist's Paintpots. Neither seemed worth a picture after Norris Basin though I did use my camcorder on this Basin, much less all the geysers between Madison and Old Faithful.

But it was interesting to see how widespread the thermal stuff was spread thru out the park, on these and other hikes, and the Gibbons river.
