Total Solar Eclipse - 2021 December 04 - Eflight 2021 SUNRISE
Originally I had planned to view this eclipse from my 7th continent on a Cruise ship, but as the COVID-19 pandemic looked like it would go on and on, and cruise ships being notorious for spreading viruses, I cancelled that trip. Really I would have liked to view it from Antarctica proper, I did not want to take a chance on the virus having the trip cancelled altogether. Indeed several eclipse chasers did go, and had beautiful skies for the event, as was expected, but that trip was $50,000 a person.
I rebooked right away to the E-flight SUNRISE 2021, which was now booking a 2nd plane for this adventure. Here is some of the experiences for this trip.
