I came across Stephanie working as an attendant at a local arcade selling tokens for the machines. I thought she looked a lot like Princess Diana (must be the hair). Shot on Kodachrome (color) Slide film in 1982.
She initially came to the new studio I was remodeling with her mother to check things out, and after that each time she came she would bring a friend with her, or her younger sister one time! A number of shots I took ended up being too dark or too bright and just were not good to look at. So now here we are 40 years later and I have several editing packages I can use to make them good again (Photoshop, Lightroom, Topaz, and a quality slide scanner with Silverfast to reduce the dust on the image.
I have now scanned most of these images and am selecting a few to post, so be patient. I had forgotten how many images I took and there was quite a variety of outfits that she brought, so this was truly a PORTFOLIO.
Nice shots! . . I'm still a film shooter. I always appreciate seeing good film shots as opposed to the never ending digital 'look' over processed photos of tattooed women we see everywhere these days. Take care
