PASS - Portal Arizona Sky Share

PASS was established by Jim Lamm, the original owner of the house to let others rent the house and share the site with others that essencially "rent" the space throughout the year. One part owner (I do not know his name) had a roll-off roof structure built on the property and a 24-inch installed. After deciding it would be too much for him to operate the instrument he donated it to the village for their use.
