I woke up to partial clouds on this day and more clouds were moving in, but by mid-morning a hole opened up in the clouds long enough to allow me to set up the equipment and snap a few quick shots. You can see in this image a bit of cloud near the left edge of the Sun, looking like a water spot on the image.

You can also see that group AR3423 continued to grow and a notable spot has now developed.
