9 images taken 15 minutes apart from one another. In the last 2 images there were some plants in the way so these out of focus structures interfered with a clean sharp image. Note the large sunspot group on the face of the Sun, one of the largest ever seen (although I did see a larger group in 1972 which followed the Total Solar Eclipse of that year by several days). These images were taken atop Sacramento Peak in Sunspot, New Mexico at the National Solar Observatory.
