I had to dodge clouds to get these images by being mobile. About 10 minutes before first contact I had to pack up all of my gear and look for holes in the clouds, so I missed both 1st and 2nd contact. Shortly after 2nd contact i found a hole and took a few images near Booneville, then packed up and wound up near Earlham where I had about 50 minutes of viewing. As you can see with several images there were always clouds passing over the face of the Sun, it adds "drama" to the scenes doesn't it? After that I searched for another break, but the only one I had was at sunset, and then it was very poor and I could only image small sections at a time as the Sun dropped into another layer of clouds. Venus of course is the large round dot, and all other dark spot are sunspots.
