En 1975, le nom de Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville (Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh) fut donné à la ville la plus peuplée du Vietnam, l'ancienne Saïgon.

On surnomme cet édifice " le gâteau de mariage ".
