Jake was born 1-25-09 in LaGrange, Maine. He came home to Alton at 12 weeks on April 24, 2009. He checked out fine at the Lakes Region Veterinary Clinic on 4/25 except for roundworms for which he has been treated and is up to date with vaccinations, kennel cough and a new Lyme Disease vaccination. He was 22 pounds. Four weeks later he went back in and weighed in at 30 lbs. He was house-trained by 4 1/2 months...mostly! Jake is a happy guy who is eager to please. He is gaining confidence daily when he goes on "Big Boy" walks and is no longer so timid when meeting new people or other dogs. Date of each photo is found in the lower left hand corner.

Jake visited the vet again this past week-end. He has gained 12 pounds in four weeks! He is now 34 pounds. (6/26/09) He also had his first trip to the groomer, Audrey at Lakeside Groomers, over on Crystal Lake.
