I stumbled upon your website with Brant Rock Lifesaving Station images via my great-great-great grandfather Benjamin B. Manter, who was the 1st keeper. I believe that he is in two of the Rotograph images on your site. The first one is the A 7302 "Life Saving Crew with Beach Apparatus" postcard, the 2nd is (just below portrait), A 7300 "Life Saving Crew at Beach Drill." In the 1st one he is the man standing behind the apparatus in the dark colored uniform. In the 2nd he is the man holding the flag with the dark uniform. I have a picture of him and his wife wearing that uniform and I am pretty sure that this is him on these postcards. Dave Peterson 4/2012
