I will never forget taking this shot as I was in fast running water above my knees in the Ottaea River. I was using my monopod and was afraid the vibrations of the water running yo the pod would affect the shots but they came out OK. We ( a buddy and myself) eventualy found a way to get to the island after a couple of tries turned me away from deeper and faster water....well worth the effort though :-)
