I used the 'Japanese Stars' background rubber stamp from
http://www.stampersbest.com/
using Seafoam white embossing powder on black cardstock.
I added this to a deep red card and placed a Lacy Oval
die cut of white in the center. I added a smaller black
Lacy Oval die cut raising it with 1/8" foam dots.
The final image of the Owl was added and raised
using 1/16" foam dots.
