Marj, yes, a bit overexposed, but lovely shot regardless. Shots like yours inspire me to try some of my own. Now where can I find some willing subjects that walk on two legs instead of four? ;^)

I think so but not by much, maybe 1/3 stop or so. Otherwise your lighting is very well done, IMHO. You may want to try and raise the boy's head up a little bit more to get more face and less hair. Raising his head will also bring catchlights into his eyes. Interesting pose and cute expressions!
Very nice portrait. Looks like you have a lot more experience with portraits than I do, but in my opinion maybe the background and the boy's face are a little overexposed. The girl's face and dress look perfect, though, so I'd only want to adjust it a little bit.
I'll be intersted to see what others think.
