I like the body language.
He's the protector of the barn and has his eye on an intruder.

Oops! Had one final thought. I might crop out the vertical wood slats. Leave in the horizontal wood to again emphasize all the other lines in the image. Just a thought.--Rene

Love the horizontal and vertical lines and then the repeat of those same features in the background. The lines nicely fram the cat in segments and his look is great.--Rene

Thanks, John. and Deb. Yep, the color of the sky outside the barn window was intense. I was wishing I didn't have chores to finish as I would have rather been composing a sunset scene. There's alot going on in this capture.
