Polish Aviation Museum

The Polish Aviation Museum is in Kraków, Poland. It is located at no-longer active site of the old Kraków-Rakowice-Czyżyny Airport.
The airfield was built by Austria-Hungarian regime in 1912, and is considered as one of the oldest airports in the world.
The museum has an amazing collection of Ex-Soviet MIG jets in the world. A must see for any pilot- photographer.
The checkerboards you see on the planes'fuselages is the identification markings for all aircrafts of the Polish Air Force,
