Dingleton Hill Bridge:
Located one mile east of N.H. Rte. 12A on Root Hill Road at the foot of Dingleton Hill in Cornish over Mill Brook. James Tasker built this 77’-9” long (62’-6” clear span), 12’-9” wide Multiple Kingpost truss bridge in 1882. Original cost was $812.00. A cross beam (tell-tale) has been erected at each approach at a height of 7'-6" to block high vehicles. The bridge is posted for six tons, passenger cars only.
