Ok, so I recycled my idea from Tuesday and did another rubbish shot :)
It was the handle of an empty plastic milk bottle. I fired the flash through the blue lid (=full fat creamyness in the UK - mmmmmm!) to get the blueyness :) I'd rinsed it out, the bit of texture in the bottom left was a drop of water.
