20130228 - Vitamin C

Yesterday I thought I was nearly better, then this morning... ugh. More Vicks VapoRub in hot water, some deep-heat on my back, strepsils and a handful of ibuprofen and I'm almost human again. Hope it lasts the night this time.

Hopefully, that will do the trick. I usually take Night Nurse when I have cold to ensure that I get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, sometimes I can't get up the next day!
