20110603 - The Water Stop

Or, more accurately, one of the water stops!
Cycled to work today, 39 miles round trip which wasn't helped by a wrong turn on the way home (not much farther, but a lot more uphill!).

This is the pretty little village of Snape. There are a quite a few of these old water pumps, seemed an appropriate place to stop for a fotie on the way home :o)

Great shot with the old pump. well done on that cycle to work,mine is only a 30mile round trip and I still havn't built the stamina up to do it

Impressive image what with the juxtaposition of the sky and foreground and the fact that it was taken on a route that was as long as 39 miles

39 MILES!!! Gee. You are a lot fitter than ME. What a great picture and a top location. You didn't see any dead bodies or Inspector Barnaby wandering about, did you?
