20110202 - Off?

Question: How can something that's basically lump of mould have gone off? But according to the use-by-date, it's 20 days into being 'bad'.
Probably best not to try to find out :o)

In either event it makes a great picture. Well done. I find that mushrooms that are really past it go soft and sqishy. If it's still firm it's probably fine. V

It looks ok. I am constantly amazed how good the veggies look that I find at the back of the fridge - always seems suspicious.

It will be fine, dates are jsut something supermarkets put on things so you will throw them out and buy more before using them. makes a nice macro though.
