20100708 - Tree

It didn't look as though there'd be anything of a sunset, so I was messing about pointing the other way when it went pink behind me...
Got bitten to bits by pesky midges for my trouble too. Ouch.

the foreground lighting throws that textured tree into sharp relief, and lends a glow to the mini-meadow...as for the evening sky...sumptuous...and sublime silhouettes to boot...V
