Whilst 'Nocturnal November' is on hold during recovery operations, I thought I'd try a bit of the natural remedy stuff to get some revenge on the little bugs that've come to stay. Wheeeeeee - it's a bit tart!
Bought the wrong sort of honey I think but it was the only English one they had! More to the point, it was the most expensive too - and the cheapest of all came all the way from New Zealand! How does that work??

The cold seems mostly better now - just a bunged-up dose and sore throat.
