20090901 - Taking the Heat

First day of autumn and the cooling breeze is winding up... so long as it's plugged into a USB port :o)

I've had this laptop cooler thingy since Christmas but only just thought to take its piccy! I tried a red gel, which was more dramatic, but wasn't 'right'.

LOL at Paul, its a kind of energy recirculator. Nice shot though. I like the back lighting

Great shot with the diagonal slant - and blue is traditionally the colour for 'cold' you know

I just love the idea of cooling the laptop down by plugging another usb plug in to draw more power from the power supply which is one of the things that generates all the heat anyway.
Does it stop your legs getting all hot and sweaty as well. It looks cool with the blue.

thought this was a more or less philosophical message from an alien planet...oh well...good idea to cool the laptop...some are volatile after all...V

Cool blue is the right choice.

Interesing, never heard of such a thing but my laptop isn't used
much as I prefer my Mac.

Your laptop must work really hard to need a cooler all of its own, great shot.

My laptop gets really hot but I never thought to cool it down.. .my PC doesn't need gel, it's got blue lights inside already! ;O)

You did a great job of removing all that messy gel!

The blue works well.

Blue for cooling, red for heat...I would have been confused with the gel. :)
