2:55AM PDT Sept 29, 2007. PR001 landed on runway 28R at 6:04PM yesterday evening. Below are sequence shots of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo & party's chartered plane when it arrived in San Francisco from Newark Int'l Airport. The Philippine delegation attended the UN General Assembly in New York City. Note the presidential seal on the front portside service door.

PR001 took off from SFO at 7:55PM and as of this moment has been in flight for 6H 56M and is 6H 30M away from Manila. PR001 will arrive MNL around 12:30AM, Sept 30, 2007.

Hi Allen, the President uses any aircraft suitable for his or her party's purpose. The 747 might have been to big & expensive for the gov't. For short distance flights in Asia they sometimes use an A-320.
