There were three choices. I chose Asian Coastal which was barbequed shrimps in lemongrass skewer w/ onion jam, red pepper, Thai sweet bbq sauce, Thai-style pineapple rice & Asian vegetable chunks.

Mmmm!

Other dish choices were Western Specialty which was baked manicotti, and Filipino Specialty which was chicken inasal, pinakbet and steamed rice.
