AirPhil Express flight 'Orient 247' is about to touchdown on runway 23 and it looks like a tailwind landing as indicated by two tattered windsocks.

Surprisingly, the windsock near the runway 05 end (not shown here) is "060 8knots" per DVO Control Tower.

Minutes later Cebu Pacific & Philippine Airlines flights landed on 05.
