After a long Flight (15.5 hours) We board the Oceana Late evening.

Up early, Breakfast and head off on our trip to release Baby Turtles. Travelling through Acapulco by coach allows
us to see the many facets of the City and given more time I would love to have seen more.

Arriving at Elcano Diamante beach club, we are greeted with drinks (Most welcome in 34C and very high humidity).
We then had a brief talk on the Turtles and Conservation work being carried out by the team. The lady in Charge has been
involved for 30 years and talks passionately about her work. Releasing the Turtles on the beach allowing them to scrabble to
the sea really was the experience of a lifetime. (This is a real conservation centre, not just a tourist attraction).
For example we were not allowed to wander in amongst the Turtles once released to ensure they were not trampled on.
