One thing I love about my SLR compared to my previous camera is (and this isn't the main thing..) that I never seem to have to charge the batteries! My old Minolta Z1 camparatively ate batteries at an astounding rate. In contrast my SLR (for obvious reasons) goes for ages without a charge!

I'm really beginning to hate these dark days - Getting sick of not having time in the day to take any shots - by the time I find a minute to shoot something, it's forced to be an inanimate object from somewhere in the studio ... I'll be glad when the light comes back. Christmas should provide some nice time and interest though! :-)
