A somewhat hasty effort tonight ... I've spent most of the night packing all the 'stuff' in our office up ready to paint all the walls this weekend. There's bits 'n bobs all over the house now - much to our dismay .. I'm determined to get everything sorted over the weekend though... then there'll be the bedroom to do ... ***sigh***

All of the painting must be completed by the end of this month - I've booked a week off to tackle all of the jobs that are just waiting to be done to Pheebs (my VW Beetle), there's the floor pan to wirebrush, repaint and waxoyl, a front heated window to buy and fit, the engine to remove and rebuild (to hopefully find the niggly fault that's bugging me at present!) CV boots to replace, some rust curing and lead loading to do, bits of repainting and if I still have any time, an interior to refurbish.... the list is endless ... as is the size of the cheque I could (if I wasn't careful) throw its way .... The only thing stopping me is the thought of KT's birthday and Christmas looming fast with their inevitable price tags.

On a positive note, my brother and his wife want me to take some portrait shots of them - Stylish B/W shots to have framed or printed to canvas .... a bit of a new encounter for me so I'll be on a VERY steep learning curve that day ... must get some background materials and possibly a new lens ....
