Now this is a way to come home after a long day at work. Apparently the valve on the valve gate at the front of the house broke thus not allowing us to turn off the water at the valve. The nice folks with the city of Plano came out and shut off the water to the house. Ohh did I mention we can't get ahold of the management company?
