On the right side, the cloth canopy shelters the rows of chairs and the stage, where the Mayor will deliver his Dedication speech the next day. More than $350 million for a state-of-the-art City Hall, fit for Silicon Valley!

It's truly a high-tech building. Check out the many layers of the roof, and the side. On the left is a very beautiful high-rise office tower.
