This gallery is a collection of what I would call portraits in the broad sense of the term.
I selected them because they capture an important moment, emotion or memory for me personally.
I don't think of them as excellent photos - in part because portraiture is something I always struggle with.

I know this gallery is not a work of art, but I also know they are good enough not to be considered simple family snapshots.
