Well Prison Break was shooting some scenes near the Dallas Farmers Market, looks like the were creating a scene based in PANAMA were signage on Taxis and Buses in the scene along with the use of Palm Trees that a local Nursery sells at the location being used.

These were shot with a 300mm 2.8 nikon lens with a 2x teleconvertor- I was over 1/2 a block away from the scene and farther and had to shoot handheld so fast exposure levels which made the shots a bit grainy.
