Most of the trailers supplied by FEMA were set up under 18 or 24 month contracts and after that period the people in them either have to buy them or allow them to be taken back. Since most of these trailers were starting to arrive about 2 months after the storm these homeowners have about that much time left in them and the situation does not look good for them to be able to move back into their homes in that time frame.
