The Wellstone Dallas White Rock Marathon is a volunteer effort across the city going from the people such as these who were there to help the elite runners (expected times under 2 hours 25 minutes for the Men and 2 hours 40 minutes for the Women), to the Race Officials, to the Police along the Route, to the People Manning the Water/Food/Beer Stations across the course, to the Musicians who played on stages across the course, to the people manning the Aid Stations to the people working the Finish helping the runners get any attention that they needed. That is one thing that makes THE ROCK one of the best Marathons in the Nation!
