The addition that was built on that housed Comdon Sense and two Restraunts can be seen to have been done at a different time than the main structure with the theatre. Since it was an addition there then ended up being a full wall with no breaches to it which helped keep the fire from entering that part of the structure though the roof did burn over this part of the building.
