The lower building past it is El Centro College part of the Dallas County Community Colleges. This Greyhound bus station was active at the time of the shooting and in fact two men seen leaving the scene were chased by the Dallas Police using multiple squad cars and helicopter for around six miles until it was determined that one was being picked up by the other at the bus station. Both men were brothers and had nothing to do with the sniper.
