Cindy Sheehan sold the land that she had purchased in 2006 in Crawford Texas to a new owner so they decided to have a ceremonial handing over of the deed. The event also happened to corespond to Cindy's 50th Birthday which occured later in the week. The location is still planned to be a Peace based operation by the new owner who also lives in California who has many ideas as to it's final use and potential. This event occured the weekend after July 4, 2007.
